What you get. Quarter pack is part of the hind and forequarter of the beast. Depending on the beast this amounts to about 30 kilos of the following cuts:

* Fillet Steak

* T-Bone Steak

* Rump Steak

* Topside: Roast or Steak

* Round: Roast or Steaks

* Silverside: Corned or Uncorned

* Gravy Beef

* Blade steaks 

Also Includes: Pot Roast, Diced Chuck, Mince, Sausages.

Bones: Yes I want bones ($10 for 5kgs) or No I don’t want bones

The total price for 30 kilos is $540. A quarter can easily fit into a small chest freezer. The packs are vac packed which means much of the meat will be able to be stored in a normal refrigerator for about 30 days.
